Lindsay Gross is a Principal in the New York office of Kekst CNC. She has deep experience supporting diverse clients (from Fortune 100 to VC) across virtually all industries, with particular expertise in consumer products; financial services; retail; and technology.
Lindsay frequently works on matters involving reputation/crisis management; corporate transformation; financial communications; complex transaction work; litigation/regulatory issues; employee and labor relations; and environmental issues. She also specializes in strategic media relations, maintaining close media relationships, proactively shaping coverage on behalf of clients, and often conducting CEO/executive media trainings.
As for representative recent work, Lindsay directly supported senior clients during the largest U.S.-based IPO of 2018, including a secondment at the client site, where she counseled on financial communications and reputation management. She also spearheaded media relations around a $15 billion merger of equals, and supported the newco’s comprehensive post-merger integration efforts, which included narrative building, executive transitions/visibility activities, significant M&A, factory issues/closures, executive trainings, and interview execution. In addition, she managed public affairs, community relations and media relations around a range of complex, international environmental issues for a large, publicly traded client, including a superfund/remediation project, multiple regulatory and EPA issues, and the hosting of several town meetings through which to communicate progress.
Before joining Kekst CNC, Lindsay served as a Senior Manager at Weber Shandwick, where she spent six years as part of the Corp. Issues & Financial Communication and Media practices.
Lindsay holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from Boston University and an M.S. in Corporate and Organizational Communication, magna cum laude, from New York University.
