New York, New York, October 27, 2020 – Kekst CNC, a leading global strategic communications consultancy, announced today that Jonathan Morgan has joined the firm as a Partner based in Dallas, TX, commencing November 9, 2020. Jon joins from Perry Street Communications, a boutique strategic communications firm he founded in Dallas and has led since 2006. He previously served as an Associate at Kekst CNC in New York from 2001 to 2006.

Jon possesses 20 years of experience across a range of public relations and corporate communications mandates, including the full spectrum of Kekst CNC’s core competencies, such as M&A, crisis communications, litigation support, restructuring & bankruptcy, private capital, and many other areas. During the past 14 years as head of his own firm, Jon has built a thriving consultancy, working closely with the leadership of public companies and private organizations as well as legal and financial advisors in Texas and beyond to construct and execute successful strategic communications initiatives. This work has included several successful, joint mandates with Kekst CNC over the years.

Prior to his earlier Kekst CNC experience, Jon served as Director of Research for MSD Capital, LP, the private investment firm for Michael Dell. He started his career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. Jon earned a BA from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT in 1994 and a JD from George Washington University in 1997.
