Aduke has over a decade’s experience serving C-suite leaders of the world’s leading global companies as a banker, management consultant, and communications specialist. She provides advice on a range of areas related to strategic positioning, investor perception, and special situations, with expertise in the financial services sector.
Aduke has significant experience advising clients on Alternative Investments; Litigation and regulatory support; Specialized investor relations; and crisis communications. She has represented several global financial institutions on special situations and regulatory matters as they worked to move past the legacy issues of the financial crisis.
Aduke’s previous work experience includes serving as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and a Structured Products Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
She holds a BA with High Honors, with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Computer Science, from Swarthmore College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she received a Morgan Stanley Fellowship.

- As a senior member of Kekst’s Alternative Investment practice, Aduke provides counsel to numerous alternative investment firms on transactional matters, investor initiatives, fundraising, corporate positioning, and media relations. She either leads or co-leads work with a range of Private Equity and hedge fund clients, including Apax Partners, Actis LLC, Blue Harbour Group, HQ Capital, Oak Hill Capital Partners and others.
Strategic Counsel and Financial Communications
- Represented numerous global companies and financial institutions on corporate positioning, providing day-to-day media relations, long-term messaging strategy, thought leadership development, and transaction support.
- Advised numerous leading public companies on earnings misses; strategic repositioning following business transformation; Investor Day messaging; activism defense; proxy solicitations and ongoing investor relations programs.
Crisis and Issues Management
- Advised public and private companies on high-stakes communications challenges, including CEO and leadership transitions, sexual harassment issues, consumer litigation, workplace violence, product recalls, regulatory issues, and reputational defense against spurious allegations, among other special situations.
