Before joining Kekst CNC, she worked for the international media publisher Bauer Media Group in Hamburg. Here, she developed cross-media media campaigns and innovative content strategies for her clients. At strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman, she gained experience in corporate communications with a focus on social media management, employer branding and digital marketing.
Alica Radtke completed her master's degree in management at the Católica-Lisbon School of Business & Economics and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in communication studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
