Q&A with Elvira

Describe yourself in three words.

Strong. Calm. International.

What does success look like to you?

Success is not merely getting the job done, but to delight in the process and build strong relationships for the future.

Take the most interesting project you have worked on recently: Why was it interesting?

I recently ran crisis and internal communications training sessions in Asian locations for a global NGO on one hand, and a multinational corporation on the other. While the reasons for each training programme were very different, I enjoyed working closely with different people and personalities, supporting their efforts to communicate effectively in the complex business scenarios they found themselves in.

Who or what has been the biggest influence on your career?

Over the years, I have been lucky enough to work with communications strategy while living and working in London, Paris, Brussels and Mumbai.  Being able to draw on each city’s rich and rewarding political and business backdrop has allowed me to never stop learning or gain new perspectives.

What are you passionate about?

Politics and feminism.
