Frances has experience in media relations and developing thought leadership content for key spokespeople as well as other aspects of executive communications and positioning. She has particular experience with capital markets communications relating to outbound investment by Asian investors.
Frances’ experience crosses a number of geographic regions in Asia, including Hong Kong, India, Singapore, South Korea, and various Southeast Asian markets such as Vietnam.
Prior to joining Kekst in 2020, Frances was involved in various corporate communications initiatives at CBRE focusing on the Asia Pacific region. She played a central role in helping the firm communicate a vision for the future of real estate markets in Asia.
Prior to joining CBRE, she spent three years at the Securities and Futures Commission, the capital markets regulator in Hong Kong, working on content development, monitoring contentious listing regulations and subsequent media coverage, and drafting the Commission’s annual report. She also coordinated various corporate social responsibility activities during her time at the Commission.
Frances graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She is a native English speaker, and also speaks Cantonese and conversational Mandarin.
