Nicholle is a Principal in the New York office of Kekst CNC. As Global Head of KIRA (Knowledge, Insights, Research & Analytics), she provides primary, secondary and digital research counsel across industries, aligning professionals on best practices. She designs and executes customized studies to advise clients in government, politics, philanthropy and business.
In addition to performing in-depth analyses for clients, Nicholle leverages innovations and helps establish firm-wide research quality standards—specifically as they relate to robust media monitoring and analytics, and audience and issue research.
Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Nicholle served as Director of Research at Hattaway Communications, Inc., a boutique strategic communications firm based in Washington D.C. There, she developed and led sophisticated, end-to-end research programs to inform full-service message and engagement campaigns—and spearheaded the development of comprehensive internal research resources. She also oversaw the creation of a proprietary content analytics tool to help clients quantify key themes, topics, and messages in news and social media coverage and conversations.
Before her time at Hattaway, Nicholle served as a Policy Associate to then-Public Advocate Bill de Blasio and as Research Coordinator to the New York State Senate Democratic Caucus.
Over the course of her career, Nicholle has cultivated expertise in advocacy, behavior change, brand management, and organizational culture change.
Nicholle holds a BA in Political Science with an Interdisciplinary Concentration in Ethnic Politics from Yale University. She is fluent in French.
