Aduke has over a decade’s experience serving C-suite leaders of the world’s leading global companies as a banker, management consultant, and communications specialist. She provides advice on a range of areas related to strategic positioning, investor perception, and special situations, with expertise in the financial services sector.
Aduke has significant experience advising clients on Alternative Investments; Litigation and regulatory support; Specialized investor relations; and crisis communications. She has represented several global financial institutions on special situations and regulatory matters as they worked to move past the legacy issues of the financial crisis.
Aduke’s previous work experience includes serving as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and a Structured Products Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
She holds a BA with High Honors, with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Computer Science, from Swarthmore College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she received a Morgan Stanley Fellowship.
