Q&A with Alena
Take the most interesting project you have worked on recently: Why was it interesting?
I work on a number of exciting employer branding projects. What I love about employer branding is that it addresses a core strategic issue: how do employers attract and retain their talent. With bigger macro-trends like digital transformation and diversity and inclusion impacting almost every company, my projects vary a lot.
Who or what inspires you?
Most inspiring is probably when you work really closely with the client and see the direct impact of your work.
What does success look like to you?
When you help clients with major projects and issues, and when you know that you can rely on your team, even if it’s getting stressful at times.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Knowing that no day will be like the other. And, of course, a large cappuccino.
What is the most exciting city you’ve ever been to?
I wouldn’t call it a city, but I really liked San Pedro de Atacama. A small town in the north Chilean desert, with the most amazing vibe and opportunities to explore.
