Brinton is an Associate in the New York office of Kekst CNC. He supports publicly traded and privately held companies on complex and high-profile corporate, financial, and strategic communications matters. He has particular experience working on crises and special situations, reputation management, shareholder activism, and complex transactions. Brinton also has significant experience conducting in-depth research and analysis and executing media relations and investor relations strategies.
Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Brinton worked as a Legal Analyst for the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. There he provided legal support for financing and liability management transactions and negotiated financing documentation with corporate and municipal clients. He also completed internships in the legal department at Google in Mountain View and the Office of Senator Dianne Feinstein in Washington, D.C.
Brinton holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
