Amy Edgy Joins Kekst CNC as Partner, Deepening its Industry-Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Capabilities Amy joins after a distinguished legal career at Linklaters and Jones Day, having served as a Partner at both firms

New York, NY – July 10, 2025 – Kekst CNC, a leading global strategic communications consultancy, announces the appointment of Amy Edgy as Partner, based out of its New York office.  

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Amy served as a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner at Linklaters. She also served as a Partner for ten years in the Business Restructuring and Reorganization Group at Jones Day, a leading U.S. law firm in this specialty. Amy began her restructuring career as an attorney at King & Spalding.

We have worked with and across the table from Amy on several major mandates over the years. We are more than confident that her keen strategic insights, legal and business acumen, restructuring expertise, and client and industry relationships will only strengthen our leading position in this key focus area for our firm, working with practice lead Sherri Toub and our other experienced advisors in this field.

Amy is a member of the New York, District of Columbia, and Georgia Bars, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, and IWIRC. She formerly served on the global board of the Turnaround Management Association and as a former global co-chair of its Network of Women. She is also an Emeritus Member of the Board of Councilors of The Carter Center.

Amy holds a B.A. in Politics, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University and a J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law, where she was a James L. Colson Scholar.
