We also drilled down into the results of our recent COVID-19 opinion trackers and analyzed the views of full and part-time workers in the UK, U.S., France, Germany, Sweden, Japan and Hong Kong. In this paper, we explore what changing expectations and employee demands means for HR and internal communications functions, those managing talent attraction and retention efforts as well as bigger reputational priorities redefined by the events of 2020.
