Nicholas Capuano, Ross Lovern, and Ashe Reardon join the firm’s Partner ranks, while Emma Young is promoted to Principal. Nicholas Capuano – Nick specializes in complex financial communications matters. He helps lead Kekst CNC’s U.S. investor relations practice, providing quarterly earnings counsel to several clients, advising on investor days, and helping clients refresh and enhance their investor messaging. He also has significant special situations experience and regularly advises clients on M&A, IPOs, shareholder activism, and leadership transitions.
Ross Lovern – Ross works closely with a wide range of public and private companies, counseling them on matters that impact their reputation and public perception. He specializes in advising on contentious situations including shareholder activism, litigation support, restructurings, and complex or contested M&A. In particular, Ross has leveraged his media approach and relationships to deliver successful results for his clients.
Ashe Reardon – Ashe partners with clients on a range of complex engagements, with a particular focus on protecting and enhancing corporate reputation, advancing business goals, and navigating change. Since joining Kekst CNC in 2017, he has developed and led communications strategies for public and private companies across geographies, with specialized experience in the Middle East. He brings a uniquely collaborative and practical approach to his work with clients – guided by two decades in journalism and communications.
Emma Young – Emma advises clients on a wide range of financial, corporate, and strategic communication matters, as well as special situations. She has extensive experience in specialized investor relations, including advising companies around complex announcements, global business transformations, and senior leadership changes. Emma has also partnered with many clients to navigate various capital markets activities, such as M&A, IPOs, and shareholder activism.
