Kekst CNC announces Richard Campbell as new co-Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Bernhard Meising

Campbell to work with co-CEO Jeremy Fielding to seize on additional growth opportunities across global markets

London/Munich, 17 December 2025 - Kekst CNC, the international strategic communications firm, has today announced Richard Campbell as its new co-Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective February 8, 2026. In his new role, Campbell will work closely with New York based Jeremy Fielding.

Campbell succeeds Bernhard Meising, who has successfully served as co-CEO for over a decade, and who will now renew his focus on clients and continue to support the growth of the firm in Germany and internationally.

Campbell brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications and a strong track record of growing consultancies both in the UK and internationally. He founded and led his own international consultancy before it was acquired by Publicis Groupe and merged with Kekst CNC in 2015. Since then, he has sat on the management board of Kekst CNC and led the UK business during a period of transformational growth. He works with a broad range of leading international clients and has advised on many of the world’s landmark transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.

I am honoured to take on this challenge and to have the opportunity to help lead the most talented group of professionals in our industry. Our clients face an increasingly complex business environment, and it is a privilege to work alongside Jeremy and the broader team to advance our clients’ interests and advise across their most critical business issues.

Richard Campbell

Meising has been integral to the success of Kekst CNC since he first joined CNC in 2005, playing an important role in its growth ahead of its acquisition by Publicis in 2012 and led CNC’s transformational combination with Kekst in 2018, to form Kekst CNC. During this period the company has more than doubled in size and become one of the industry’s premier global strategic communications consultancies.

After a decade in the role, I am motivated to focus all my energy on our clients and support the firm’s continued growth as a Partner. Richard has an outstanding track record of success, and I am delighted that Kekst CNC will now benefit from his experience at a global level. Our industry is at an exciting and transformational moment, and I’m confident that Richard and Jeremy, together with the wider team, will continue to seize the opportunities ahead to serve our clients around the world.

Bernhard Meising

At a time when reputation, trust and stakeholder confidence are increasingly central to enterprise value, Kekst CNC’s high-impact strategic counsel plays a vital role for clients. I look forward to working closely with Richard and the team to continue to grow Kekst CNC in our markets, capitalising on Publicis Groupe’s unrivalled data and tech capabilities. Bernhard has been instrumental in Kekst CNC’s journey and I’m very grateful to him for his leadership.
