I am a huge believer in and advocate for the power of flexible working. I have personally benefited from this in my career at Kekst CNC. It has helped me immensely in seeking to balance family responsibilities and career. I am convinced that flexibility has made me a better adviser, a more creative consultant, as well as a better mum.
