Elena has been with Kekst CNC since February 2022. Previously, she gained experience as a parliamentary assistant trainee at the European Parliament, supporting the office of a Vice-President of the European Parliament in its work at the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy on files concerning digital and green transition. Prior to this, she worked at Holland Circular Hotspot, a Dutch private-public private partnership that facilitates the transition to a circular economy in the Netherlands.
Elena holds a master’s degree in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Saint-Petersburg State University. A Russian native speaker, Elena is fluent in English and German, and can read and understand Dutch.
