Before moving into HR, Maho began her career as a cabin crew member, supporting domestic and international flights. Working with people from diverse backgrounds sparked an interest in helping individuals navigate important moments in their careers.
She later joined a consulting firm, where she managed graduate recruitment programmes, internships and recruitment events. Supporting candidates from their first interactions with the firm through to onboarding gave her a strong appreciation for the impact people teams can have on both individuals and organisations.
