Molly specializes in working with CEOs and senior executives on reputation management, profile raising, and strategic communications programs that enable clients to effectively communicate with key stakeholders – ranging from media, customers, and employees to the investment community, business partners, and regulators/public officials – and achieve business objectives.
Molly holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she sits on the Trustees Council for Penn Women, and an M.S. from the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University. She is Board President of the American Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science.

- Supports corporate and financial communications matters for leading retail/consumer brands. Notable engagements have included Saks Fifth Avenue, Starbucks, Yum! Brands, Sephora, JCPenney, Foot Locker, and Toys R Us, among many others.
- Extensive work in the media industry including working with National Amusements (controlling shareholder of Paramount Global), Hollinger Corporation, Digital First Media, and others.
Strategic Counsel and Financial Communications
- Develops and executes strategic communications plans for clients across industries, focusing on reputation management across key stakeholder groups and supporting operational/business goals through earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Collaborates closely with clients on emerging social, governance, and policy issues.
- Actively engaged with clients on all aspects of investor relations, including financial results reporting and other disclosures and investor days.
Capital Markets Activity
- Counseled Saks Global (and previously HBC) on numerous transactions, including the acquisition of Galeria Kaufhof, sale of Lord & Taylor’s flagship, separation of Saks Fifth Avenue/SaksOFF5TH online/stores businesses, and acquisition of Neiman Marcus Group.
- Worked with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on multiple U.S. portfolio divestitures. Previously advised Westfield Corporation on communications for the Westfield World Trade Center development.
- Supports Tradeweb on M&A and other corporate positioning.
Crisis and Issues Management
- Works with companies to manage diverse special situations, including those related to litigation, cybersecurity, product liability, workplace issues, labor matters, factory safety, store/facility closures, advocacy group activity, and social media incidents.
