Piotr is a core member of the Knowledge, Insights, Research & Analytics (KIRA) team. He supports clients on a wide range of research initiatives for both short- and long-term projects, including in-depth industry research, media analysis and communications-focused due diligence research.
Piotr supports private and publicly traded companies on a range of strategic communications matters, such as investor relations (including earnings/annual shareholder meeting preparation and investor targeting), media relations, activist situations, bankruptcies/restructurings, M&A/IPOs, litigation support, and crisis preparedness and response across multiple industries including private equity, consumer finance, healthcare, aerospace, FMCG, industrials, and cosmetics, among others.
Additionally, he leads and conducts in-depth communications-focused due diligence research as part of board appointments, contested M&A transactions, and crisis litigation and activist situations. Piotr also sits on the global digital super user team.
Prior to joining Kekst, Piotr was a Deputy Project Manager at Blue Heron Research Partners, where he provided qualitative due diligence to institutional investors and corporate clients. His responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams on financial intelligence projects, managing competitive landscape analyses for early stage tech startups, and product development. Before Blue Heron, Piotr served several roles at Exiger LLC, a global boutique management consultancy specializing in governance, risk and compliance.
Piotr holds a B.A. (cum laude) in History and History of Art from Cornell University.
