Andrew Blecher Joins Kekst CNC as Partner

New York, New York, 8 August 2023 – Kekst CNC, a leading international strategic communications consultancy, announced today that Andrew Blecher has joined the firm as a Partner, based in New York. A trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience primarily leading in-house communications, he is known for providing senior-level counsel across a range of communications, public affairs, corporate brand marketing, and ESG campaigns and issues. He is experienced in guiding companies through business transformations, corporate rebranding, M&A, leadership changes, issues management, crisis and reputational risk situations. Andrew will also further expand Kekst CNC’s industry-leading offering across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in omnichannel retail, technology, real estate, and consumer goods.

As a Chief Communications Officer and senior marketing executive, Andrew has led teams in high-profile global initiatives that enhance the strength of global companies and brands and safeguard their reputations, communicate shareholder value, and position public and private companies and senior executives for future growth and success.

Before joining Kekst CNC, Andrew led his own consultancy focused on providing strategic communications counsel and support to C-suite executives and companies, including leading development and execution of corporate and internal reputation building strategies, M&A and other transaction communications, financial communications, issues management and CSR strategy. Prior to that, Andrew oversaw communications and public affairs at Hudson’s Bay Company, owner of multiple large retailers globally, where he built the communications function and proactively positioned the company and its executives as industry leaders across media and financial markets. He also led the company’s CSR initiatives, including establishing the HBC Foundation. He began his career at in media and marketing at Saks Fifth Avenue in 2003.

Andrew earned a B.A. in communications from American University, where he graduated with honors.
