Andy Maas Joins Kekst CNC as Partner

New York, New York, 2 May 2023 – Kekst CNC, a leading international strategic communications consultancy, announced today that Andy Maas has joined the firm as a Partner, based in New York. A trusted counselor with more than 25 years of agency experience, Andy is a versatile communications executive who will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate positioning and narrative development, executive thought leadership, and designing and implementing global, multi-stakeholder communications programs.

Andy specializes in corporate communications, reputation management and leading large, complex projects that cut across multiple stakeholder groups. He has led mandates that pull together stakeholders from the US, South Asia, and the Middle East, assisting leading international brands and government institutions translate their strategies to North American markets.

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Andy spent more than 12 years at Teneo, where he was part of the firm’s founding team and was responsible for advising a variety of clients on corporate communications and reputation management matters on a global basis, including C-suite level, internal, and external communications.

Andy also led the corporate communications division at the business communications consultancy FTI Consulting (previously Financial Dynamics). In that role he was responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery of the firm’s many corporate communications offerings to top global clients. Prior to FTI Consulting, Andy was Vice President of the Corporate Technology Practice for GCI Group, the public relations arm of Grey Advertising Worldwide.

Andy earned a B.A. in public relations from C.W. Post University. He also comes from a military background, having served in the U.S. Navy on board the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower in support of Operation Desert Storm.
