Munich, 27 February 2026 – Kekst CNC, the international strategic communications consultancy of Publicis Groupe, is expanding its external advisory network with the appointment of Barbara, who will start working with the firm as of March 1. In this role, she will advise the management team and senior leaders, drawing on her extensive leadership experience to further strengthen Kekst CNC’s client offering.
Until January 2026, Schädler served as Head of Group Communications and a member of the Enlarged Corporate Executive Committee of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel. She joined Roche in October 2019 from E.ON SE, where she led Communications and Public Affairs. Earlier in her career, she held Chief Communications Officer roles at Lufthansa and SAP. She began her professional career as Head of the Media Office at the German Federal Ministry of Finance.
Kekst CNC’s clients will benefit from Schädler’s deep expertise in strategic communications, particularly in complex transformation processes, high-stakes crisis situations, and the management of multifaceted stakeholder environments. In her independent advisory work, she serves as a trusted sparring partner to senior decision-makers.
