Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Caroline spent more than six years in the alternative asset management industry, most recently as Director of Investor Relations at Brookfield Asset Management, where she helped establish the firm’s public company IR program leading up to and following its 2022 spin-off.
At Brookfield, she worked closely with senior leadership throughout the earnings process, shareholder engagement, peer analysis, and financial communications, including the development and delivery of multiple Investor Days.
Her experience brings a practical understanding of the priorities and challenges management teams face when navigating critical corporate situations, from planning and execution through ongoing investor relations strategy.
Caroline holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
