“The first thing you will notice about Kekst CNC is the sustained quality of work, and the very result-driven approach to communications - less talk, more actions. The second is the exceptional quality of people and team spirit - it all feels like a big, global family. And third, is the entrepreneurial approach to challenges and the constant drive to be different and ahead of the curve.”

A former broadcast journalist with the BBC World Service and Radio France Internationale (RFI), Luciana set up the digital presence for The National, Abu Dhabi’s first English-language newspaper. She conceived and managed its online edition, helping establish it as a leading source of in-depth news and analysis. She also served on the executive team that launched the award-winning Visit Abu Dhabi destination portal and social media channels, positioning Abu Dhabi as a global tourism destination.

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Luciana founded and led FGS Global’s digital practice in the Middle East, introducing integrated services and performance measurement to enhance clients’ reputations and bottom lines, and establishing herself as trusted advisor to many of the region’s leading executives.

Luciana has worked on major financial transactions, including the first IPO by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and a series of global acquisitions by UAE renewable energy supermajor Masdar.

She holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is a regular guest speaker for the Oxford Executive Diploma in Financial Strategy, where she lectures on brand strength and value creation in IPOs and M&As.
