He combines EU policy analysis, stakeholder research and clear writing to help businesses understand regulatory change and engage effectively in Brussels.

“Working in Brussels puts me close to the EU policy debates that matter to our clients. What makes Kekst CNC especially interesting is the chance to work with colleagues in other offices and see those debates through the lens of different markets.”

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Matt worked in security policy research, examining foreign influence and political developments in the Western Balkans. He also gained experience reporting on the defense sector and working in private-sector operations across the Benelux.

Matt holds master’s degrees in international relations from the Université libre de Bruxelles and political science from the University of Liège. He also studied international relations and national security studies at the University of Copenhagen. He is a native speaker of French and English.
