Meghan leads the ESG and Sustainability practice, helping clients articulate their ESG story to capture the full value of their business.

She supports businesses at every stage of their sustainability journey to drive reputational reappraisal and demonstrate leadership, including issue-based campaigns, sustainability narratives and reporting and ESG-driven investor engagement.

Meghan leads the ESG and Sustainability practice at Kekst CNC. She has more than a decade’s professional working experience in London, Dubai and West Africa. Meghan has advised leadership teams, Boards and CEOs on a variety of ESG and sustainability issues, including climate commitments, DEI strategies and governance issues.

Meghan has led external issues-based campaigns, developed corporate narratives, embedded sustainability in IR communications and developed ESG reporting frameworks for clients.

Prior to her work in consultancy, Meghan led the development of signature social programs for Barclays Bank and worked as a Vice President, Credit Risk at Barclays. She has also worked for the United Nations Children’s Fund and Peace Corps in Niger, West Africa.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
