Neil specializes in corporate and financial communications and has advised companies across a range of sectors on long-term reputation-building, investor relations, internal communications and special situations.

His experience includes complex projects, such as cross-border transactions, shareholder activism, proxy fights, CEO transitions, litigation and crises, among others.

Neil also brings a global perspective having gained years of communications experience in two of the largest capital markets in the world, London and New York. In his prior role, he also was responsible for leading the marketing efforts of a global partnership of 12 communications consultancies, with a presence across Europe, North America and Asia.

Neil read Economics and Economic History at the University of Edinburgh and is a CFA Charterholder.
