Wendi has more than 25 years of experience providing communications counsel to clients from global corporations to start-ups.

She advises leadership teams and boards with respect to corporate and financial public relations matters, as well as special situations – with significant experience in M&A; bankruptcy and restructurings; crisis communications; litigation support; and shareholder activism and corporate governance.

Her work spans a broad array of corporate positioning, financial communications and investor relations mandates, as well as transactional, event-driven and crisis matters. She brings extensive experience assisting clients in navigating highly complex and nuanced situations where communications with stakeholders are key.

Wendi has deep expertise across a wide variety of industries, including her work with some of the world’s most iconic brands and leading retail and consumer products companies, as well as a decades-long relationship with one of the nation’s largest publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Wendi holds a BA in English, magna cum laude, from Yale University.
