Prior to joining Kekst CNC, André worked for the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union, where he focused on Public Health and Pharmaceutical Policies. Additionally, he gained experience at the Portuguese Parliament and at a regional representation to the European Union in Brussels.
André holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon; a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Lisbon; and an M.A. in EU International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
Besides his native Portuguese, he speaks and writes English fluently, with basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
