With a track record in government communications and public affairs, Elena develops and implements reputation building campaigns for government entities and corporate clients, shaping public opinion and communicating policy decisions. Elena’s expertise in EU affairs, geopolitics and issues management supports clients with stakeholder engagement and crisis management. Her experience in navigating diverse geopolitical contexts spans European and Middle Eastern markets and political landscapes, where she has developed impactful nation branding campaigns, developed and overseen communications strategies and managed reputational issues across public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Elena worked in the public affairs, global solutions, and strategy departments at APCO Worldwide’s Brussels and Riyadh offices. As a former European Parliament advisor, she has conducted interinstitutional negotiations at the EU level on legislative files spanning a range of industries, including the aviation and technology sectors. With a background in social sciences and humanities, she is fluent in several languages, including French, Portuguese and Spanish.
