She is adept at making highly complex or contested issues compelling and engaging, with a focus on narrative creation, media strategy and creative campaign development.

Jess is a highly skilled media strategist. Her expertise spans creative campaign development and execution, news generation and issues management. She advises clients across health and nutrition, food and drink, FMCG, sustainability and energy.

Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Jess led multiple UK, EMEA and international PR mandates for a UK-based strategic communications agency. She has previously led in-house media relations for a leading national health charity, with a focus on health research and policy. With a creative appreciation for complex and technical issues, she is also an experienced science communicator. She helps clients to tell their research and innovation stories to consumer, business and policy audiences.

Jess holds an MRes in molecular biology from Newcastle University and is a board member for Stempra, a professional association for science communicators.
