Joe has extensive knowledge of the legislative and policy development process. He is an expert in helping clients prepare for parliamentary select committee inquiries and has carried out academic research in this area.
Joe leads Kekst CNC’s public affairs team in London, helping clients build integrated campaigns to engage in the public policy and legislative process. He also has over a decade’s experience of helping private equity firms to integrate reputation management tools into private equity value creation programmes.
Joe joined Kekst CNC in 2019 from another communications consultancy. He previous worked in the inhouse communications team at a private equity firm.

Who or what inspires you?
Helping clients find new solutions to complex problems.
How has the firm changed since you first joined?
When I joined Kekst CNC in June 2019 the UK was still a member of the European Union, Theresa May was the prime minister, and the Government lacked a majority. Now, the world we’re operating in looks very different.
What do you like most about Kekst CNC?
Working at a firm with a culture and heritage that is genuinely international.
What careers advice would you give to your younger self?
Take more risks.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learnt from a client?
A corporate affairs director told me that a consultancy is most valuable when it looks round corners that their client will approach in a year’s time.
Which gadget could you not live without?
